We're an organic and healthy, conscious food distribution company located in the Northern Rivers growing at a rapid pace.
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative ideally with experience in the health/organic food sector to actively seek out and engage B2B customer prospects in specific areas of NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, and TAS.
Perform analysis of existing and potential clients to meet their needs.
Visit, present, promote, and sell our products to existing and prospective clients.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive ongoing business and client relationships.
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects at all times.
Report all sales activities in The Byron Co-op CRM (Hubspot) and keep current by updating the information regularly including client complaints, identifying issues, and problem-solving.
Expedite the resolution of client problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets within schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with The Byron Co-op office.
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative preferably in the food & health sector.
Excellent customer service skills.
Positive, highly self-motivated, target driven, excellent selling, verbal & written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Hubspot CRM would be a plus.
Excellent at prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills, must have the ability to work independently.
Flexible and open to change.
Humble and open to feedback.
Use of own vehicle & clean driver's license.
Permitted to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours.
Full-time or Part-time, flexible schedule.

This role is a commission-only position.
